No information given about delay for appointment time. Problem blamed on IT and no member of staff passed on information. There seemed to be plenty of nursing staff around who could have done this. No information about name of registrar on duty. So you didn't know who you were going to see until in the consulting room ....however Consultant/registrar care -excellent
