(as the patient),

The nurses came to support me and my family when my husband was dying. They were all lovely and offered great support. They had lots of time for me and helped us through a difficult situation.

A special mention to Jenny, Lizzy and Claire.

Thank you for your comments regarding our community nursing service. We really appreciate you doing this at what must be a very difficult time for yourself. We are glad we were able to provide the help and support you required through your difficult times and that you felt they were able to give you the time you needed and allow you more precious time with your husband. I have passed on these lovely comments to the nurses concerned and they really appreciate this and it is good for them to know they have made a difference. Take care.
