I have been accessing Merseycare since December 2013 & they have not listened to my needs. I feel worse than ever before & I need a new Psychiatrist & CPN as they do not help me. I have asked for help again & again & feel absolutely desperate.
My experiences of other mental health services have been good.
I have made a complaint & awaiting an answer but I do not hold out much hope of ever being well.
