I was told my mother was transferred to the Essex & Herts Community Trust Hospital today from The Lister Hospital. I have tried to phone 3 times without success. Twice it never answered and once it connected and then went dead. I have just got through on the 4th attempt! I feel this service is not good enough for people trying to contact their loved ones when they are sick and confused.
