"Thank you!"

My husband collapsed at home on Sunday 12th October, 2014. The ambulance service was superb, arrived ten minutes after my call, and after first aid administered here, he was taken to Broomfield Hospital. I followed by car about ten minutes later. I cannot thank everyone enough for the care and attention we received. From the ambulance crew (I have written separately to them) to the cleaner who was cleaning the cubicle when he arrived; the medical staff who looked after him : the doctor, the porter who took him to the x-ray dept, and the lovely receptionist who took me straight to see him when I arrived, they all made what could have been an ordeal very much better. We feel very fortunate to live in an area with this sort of service. Thank you all very much.
