"Broken ankle"

About: Stafford Hospital

I went to A&E the end of August '14 with a broken ankle. I was treated amazingly, the Doctor I had sat and talked to me as I hadn't taken pain killers for years and was worried about taking them. After he had spoken to me I was able to take a painkiller, he was so good. He didn't have to tell me this but he did which has helped me so much. The rest of the Staff were great too. Nothing too much trouble for them even after very long shifts. Thank you all. I have had the same care and dedication in the Fracture Clinic, the Doctors and Nurses have been great! God bless you all

Dear Ms Riach

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this lovely feedback which I have shared with the teams involved. I hope your ankle is now well healed and you are able to get about OK.

Kind Regards

Angela Grocott
