"Issues every time i use it"

There are always Issues every time i use it. They either cannot treat it because of time-frames, or a particular member of staff isnt available, or they do or dont need an appointment or its not the right kind of injury for them. Every time i have visited without fail there has been 1 issues, problem or another . NHS - get your act together.
