"Excellent care"

My 93 year old mother has been in Ward 1 for 4 weeks recovering from a fall. She has received excellent care from every member of the team there, and has now returned to her own home to continue living independently, something we didn't think would be possible. She has been looked after by a dedicated, professional and caring team of people, who have kept us informed and involved at every stage. As a family, we have been very impressed by the standard of care shown to mum, and despite the negative press often associated with the care of the elderly our experience has proved that at West Park this is definitely not the case.
