I attended a scheduled appointment (11: 30am) and there was one other patient before me. The doctor was in and had no patients. When the appointment was 30 minutes overdue I complained and the reception messaged the doctor. The other patient was seen immediately. After the patient came out of the consultation the doctor then left the room and had a stroll around the car park. After his return I waited a further 5 minutes but then felt compelled to complain again. The receptionist went in to see the doctor and I was immediately called in. The doctor had their feet on the table and apologised for the delay with no explanation as to why. The doctor was unwilling or unable to deal with my enquiry about booking an annual colonoscopy as follow-up treatment to the removal of polyps. After singing the praises of this surgery since it opened I feel let down.
