"Going out and Travelling anxiety"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

Was suffering nearly every time I travelled. Which brought on bouts of IBS.

It was becoming a viscous cycle.

I was helped to start to overcome this by Becky. Who was very professional, caring and most of all helpful. She gave me great techniques to go away and practice, which I did, and they are still helping me. She has helped me to adjust my way of thinking into making a big problem seem very minor.

Dear Jessn,

It's good to hear that your sessions with Becky have helped you to learn techniques and challenge your thinking in order to make travelling easier. I expect that this was having a significant impact on your quality of life and hope that this is much improved since your therapy.

Best wishes

Tracey
