"superb standard of care in cardiology"

My initial appointment at the hospital was quickly made after seeing my GP, this appointment quickly and efficiently determined the requirement for further investigation. The angiogram appointment was made very promply and I was in hospital within three weeks attending the cardiac day unit (CDU). The CDU was excellently organised and I was immediately in the hands of expert nursing staff. The standard of care never varied from excellent through student nurses, radiologists, doctors and the consultant. An immediate decision was made by the consultant cardiologist to conduct angioplasty and this was completed without further fuss three and a half hours after initilal angiogram. I was very impressed with the courtesy, professionalism and human kindness of all the staff I came into contact with during my time on this unit. My sincere thanks to all. Mark Ramsay 15/10/14
