This is not acceptable and we would like to assure you that all comments are taken seriously and acted upon as part of our ongoing commitment to improving people’s experience. It is important that patients are seen in order of clinical priority and given that it's been a while since you were seen, a review by your GP might be a sensible option. Alternatively, we have a Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) that liaise with Trust staff on behalf of patients to look into queries and concerns.
