"Great information"

About: Good Hope Hospital

I visited a&e later in the evening as I had been bitten by a child. The bite broke the skin and I was very worried about any infections or worse. The receptionist was really helpful and when I said I didn't want to waste their time she said I was right to get it checked, the gentlemen nurse I saw was fantastic, he put me right at ease and gave me options if I wanted to have booster jabs but most importantly allowed me to come home with a massive weight off my shoulders! I am so pleased I visited good hope a&e as I got the correct information from people who know what they are talking about! Thank you to all on duty that night.

Thanks for sharing your feedback JB20.

All areas in our emergency department have been busy in the last few weeks. We're doing all we can to try to improve things but me & the team here at Good Hope are pleased that we're managing to provide a good experience during this busy period.

I'll make sure this get's fed back to the A&E team.

Regards

Richard
