About: Heartlands Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I was admitted to the Day Surgery at heartlands hospital. The staff were incredibly polite, courteous and just lovely people. I work in the NHS so I know the standards that we must follow as staff members. The Day Surgery staff were completely professional but more importantly genuinely caring people. They made my experience a positive one and made me feel very cared for. Thank you very much
