"Not happy at all"

About: University Hospital Of North Tees

I think the majority of 'consultants' in this hospital need to learn how to put themselves in their patients shoes. They don't seem to care and I have been to this hospital for many many years now. Now to top it all off, their parking has gone from Bad to Worse. I Visited fro less than an hour for an appointment with a consultant at the breast clinic to find that the consultant was more bothered about giving me carrer advice as opposed to finding out why I have severe pain in my breasts and why I have large abnormal feeling lumps in them. Nothing was done with reguards to my reason for visiting the unit apart from feeling them for 15 seconds and not even giving me any explination as to what the problem is. No mammogram or ultrasound to find out why i've got pain. Nothing. Literally wasted my time. Oh and to top it all off. Whilst I was trying to ask the consultant more questions as to what could be wrong with me, he walked out the room and the nurse along side him looked at me and said "thanks for coming." That is what happened, yes I am going to PALS about this situation but it's not the first time consultants at this hospital have left me in the unknown. To top it all off, I paid for my parking no problem. I then two weeks later have recieved a fine for apparently parking on "Private land" and have no paid. I did pay for my parking and I'm not exactly pleased to say the least ontop of all this. I feel like i've been double charged for a pointless appointment! £70 charge!?? I paid!
