What I liked
I had to visit the GUM clinic for some tests which I was dreading. Easy to make appointment (same day). The staff were very sympathetic and made the process very easy for me at a difficult time in my life. Results came through in less time than I expected and gave me peace of mind.
What could be improved
Car parking ticket machine being out of order added to stress levels.
Anything else?
Would recommend this service to anyone with concerns about their sexual health.
