"Emergency visit - younger son needed stitches..."

About: Lincoln County Hospital

Excellent service received from the moment the ambulance arrived at the scene to final discharge. Ambulance staff and A & E Staff calm, friendly, helpful. The children's ward was lovely and had everything a child needs, "Max fax" clinic great- again friendly, calm, reassured, did everything they could to help. Rainforest ward staff fab. Going into theatre, aneasthetics, excellent treatment and reassurance for both parents and child. A big thank-you to all involved. Excellent service. Friendly and efficient.

Dear Anon

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments about your experiences at Lincoln County Hospital. I was delighted to hear that the whole of the experience was positive whichever team and department you encountered. It must have been a very frightening experience for you and for your son and I am pleased that we were able to make reassure you all as much as possible. Your comments have been shared with the relevant teams with our grateful thanks and I hope that your son has now recovered from his ordeal.
