"A & E attendance 9 October 2014"

About: Heartlands Hospital

I attended A & E Heartlands with my daughter midday 9 October 2014. The two main nurses (one male, one female) who cared for my daughter were very professional, friendly, informative and prompt in their care. My own hospital stay last year at Heartlands (Ward 10) was a very different story (staff were caring but cleanliness was none existent). Therefore I was dreading taking my daughter yesterday - however my faith has been restored. If possible, please pass on my thanks for the care shown to us yesterday by the team in A & E.

thank you for your feedback regarding our A&E department at Heartlands Hospital, I hope your daughter is now feeling better. I was disappointed to read your comments regarding the cleanliness on ward 10 and will share with our cleaning contractors your response.
