I just wanted to say thanks very much to Alice and Kevin - paramedics when I had a severe attack of pancreatitis in Canterbury last week, and was in an awful lot of pain. Both took great care of me, with very good humour. Alice told me it was only her second day on the job. She was so professional, calming and engaged. I hope she has a great career ahead of her.
