"Poor attitude from reception staff in a&e department"

(as a relative),

The receptionist was very rude and kept us waiting 2 hours 30 minutes before we even saw anyone. When we did go through to see a doctor it still took nearly 2 hours before we got anywhere, only to be told to make an appointment to go to fracture clinic next week.

We had to book this through the rude receptionist again, who was just as rude this time as the first time, not only to us but to other people. We think she should be sent on a customer care programme.
