What could be improved

The waiting time was over two hours in the outpatient clinic, i was appauled thatmy app was 4pm and i wasnt seen till 5.50pm. The Receptionist was very unprofessional holding private conversations on the about other staff members. degrading tbheir performance and using foul language whilst their was a queue of patients. after this she continued to slander staff members to another receptionist whilst patients were waiting and she was speaking very loudly. it was very disheartening to hear how she felt about collegues and the way she addressed patients
