(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The counsellor was there to listen to my anger, upset and helped me when no one else could. without her I don't know where I would be today. She is supportive, caring, compassionate, friendly and very easy to talk to. She has a lot to give and it is a pleasure to know her.
