"Staff were so helpful"

About: Heartlands Hospital / General medicine

(as a carer),

I took my 81 year old mother to heartlands hospital for an ultrasound scan. My mother has been in very poor health and we were very worried. The reception staff were lovely, and the ultrasound staff went above and beyond to make my mum feel comfortable and put her mind at ease. They even called me in to reassure me about what was seen on the scan. Words can't express my gratitude to these two women. We have been so worried about the scan results so to be treated so kindly, promptly and professionally is so very much appreciated. This is the second very positive experience I have had in two weeks of excellent care and service. Thank you.
