Entering the hospital and asking the car parking staff and reception for assistance I was given an excellent service at the Royal Surrey Hospital in Guildford. The fact you can pay for your parking inside the hospital (just remember your bay number) is a real help as there are cash machines near by. The staff at the Hascombe children's ward and the x-ray dept (my child still has her sticker for being brave!) was so professional we were in and out in 1hr and 10 mins. As we were there at lunch time my child was given lunch if we wanted. Thank you everyone so much for making this surprise appointment so smooth and quick. It was really appreciated.
