What I liked
The medical care from the doctors and nursing staff was very good, they sympathised with the state of everything else.
What could be improved
The food is diabolical, in quality and quantity, I'm surprised the infirm do not starve.
The wards were cold and noisy and had insufficient quantities of the basics such as cutlery, linen and pillows.
Anything else?
Cleaning has improved, but it is still not good. I saw urine left on the ward floor all night.
My 3 day ward stay was hell.
