"Children's A&E"

I have had two experiences recently of children's A&E, both times bringing my son with fractured bones. The service was fantatstic, the staff were very helpful and calm and the experience was actually quite pleasant under the circumstances! The waiting area is so much nicer than the general A&E, with activities available for younger children. Having sat for hours previously at a differnt A&E, I was impressed with the speed with which we were seen and attended to. My son has been extremely well looked after and I would say well done to the staff who are clearly doing a difficult job in less than optimal surroundings.
