This is my second visit to the minor injuries unit. On both occasions I was treated politely, seen quickly and made to feel my injuries merited my visit. Treatment was thorough and effective, and I am really grateful. This is such a great resource for Edenbridge, and much better than waiting with no treatment for hours in a busy A&E. When I left there were other people waiting and the next patient was already being called in, within 10 minutes of their arrival. Would like to add that the physio department are also fantastic having cured my damaged shoulder in a few visits. thank you to the whole team, and to the artist who painted the lovely insects on the walls in the treatment room - uplifting!
