Initial referral time needs to be as short as possible. Excellent service regarding appointment thereafter.

I felt relieved that I had someone impartial who I could off load to. This then allowed me to put things into perspective. Ben really gave me the confidence to rationalize my situation and the coping strategies to help myself.
