"Made to feel like an inconvenience"

About: Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital

Most of the midwifes at this hospital are rude and do not make you feel comfortable at all I couldn't wait to get out of the place! As for the lady who works on reception in the ultrasound department she is so rude and ignores you for ages on end! When visiting the hospital for reduced baby movements she left me standing there worrying for over 15mins before she could even ask how she could help! She also is shocking at booking appointments and giving you the correct information! Next baby I would rather travel than be dealt with at Basingstoke. I always felt like I was an inconvenience to the midwifes in Basingstoke. I must say I could not fault the consultants they are more approachable and easy to talk to than the midwifes!!!
