"Northside mental health ward"

Absolutely horrified at the lack of care and compassion on northside... All choices and liberties removed on admission, medication not given to a patient in crisis, cannot comprehend why people choose to do a job which they obviously don't want to do. My sister has been treated like a caged animal. Baffling admission process... No one seems to know whats going on, i pity the patients without family or advocates, yes i will complain but doubt it will be resolved.
