"Excellent hospital."

I have recently been referred to Hexham General Hospital. I can't fault them one bit. I have had four appoointments & all of the staff who I have met, are absolutely brilliant. I was recently on the day surgery unit, for a small operation, I was very anxious about this, but the staff were fantastic, they were all so kind, caring & very good (which not all hospitals are like that now). I had lost all of my trust in the caring profession (because of past experiences), but this hospital is nothing like that. From all the staff who I met, they were wonderful, they actually treated me like a human being, which was a surprise (that in itself is very sad). I would highly recommend this hospital to all of my family, friends. Thank you so much to everyone who was involved with my care. :)
