"Child opthalmology visits have been excellent"

(as a parent/guardian),

My son has just been discharged from the Ophthalmology Department in Leighton. He has been attending 6 monthly appointments from the age of 4 to treat his squint and long sightedness. I just wanted to say that the service we have received has been excellent. Appointments have always run to time and I can honestly say that he has actually enjoyed attending them.

We are very grateful that you have taken the time to contact us regarding the management and care given to your son when attending the Eye Care Centre. I will ensure that your feedback is given to the relevant teams. Staff are delighted to hear when patients feel that they have been well looked after.
