"Excellent treatment"

My 16 month old son was taken to the A&E resuscitation room by ambulance on Thursday 09/10/14 after suffering burns and going into shock and hypothermia. The ambulance crew were excellent and so we're all of the nurses and doctors who treated him. Their professionalism was outstanding and they are a real asset to your organisation, they kept us updated with the treatment that was taking place and helped us to stay calm in what was a terrifying situation. Thanks to the treatment they gave our son, we were fortunate to be able to take him home the same night and he is now recovering well. Well done again for an excellent service. I am once again so pleased to live so close to a fantastic hospital.
