i went their with my husband for out patient department as he had right sholdier dislocation .he had slings for 6 weeks nad we went their to remove it.

after they remove the sling we were told we need to have physiotherap excersise but we wasnt given clear information about what we need to further to restore his hand back to normal.we went to rehabilitation centre and we went there we were told give us your telephone number we will give you a ring for next available appointment. later in the eveninh we receive a call that you come on so and so that for your appointment.that was after 14 days fromthe day his sling was removed.

we being a medical related person we know what sort of excersise we need to do. but just imagine if any ordinary poeple who dont know about any short of excersise they will just keep the hand like that without ne excersise?

in 14 days time that person hands is going to be very stiff even will become difficult to do some sort of excersise.

so i just want to make a sugestion that in this kinda condition if a personn will get some kinda suport immeadiately will make their more easy

What could be improved

if a person coming there will proper information what need to be done very clearly then it will make both patient and staff lie more easy
