"Lovely caring hospital"

I was in on Monday 6th Oct 2014 for Hernia repair on ward 1 and i would like to praise the staff for looking after me from start to me leaving,they couldn't do enough for me. The hospital was 1st class in cleanliness and up to date.This hospital would be my first choice if i ever have to go in to hospital again, why is it that the rest of the hospitals do not have wharfedale standards.
