"Wisdom tooth extraction"

About: Kingston Hospital

I turned up to have my wisdom tooth removed, but was told that it was unsafe to proceed as I did not have the correct x-rays. I was told that as the staff member who initially saw me 'was new' they 'forgot' that I needed an x-ray before the procedure could be done. As it was a Saturday they were unable to x-ray me then as not all the facilities are available at the weekend. I have to take more time off work to go and have my x-rays taken and have had to reschedule my appointment. I have been left in pain due to an incompetence service.
