"Accident and emergency"

About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital

Sadly on the evening of 8th October 2014 this dept care standards were dangerously low. Chaotic department, no care or compassion, my husband forced to lay on a dirty floor in the main waiting area, writhing in pain, as they had no beds available, unbelievably doctors, nurses and paramedics just walked straight past and couldn't care at all! When he eventually saw a doctor they were blasé in their attitude, lacked professionalism and duty of care. I am so concerned about his treatment that a formal complaint has been submitted. This department needs to have a management check due to their incompetent attitudes!
