"very unpleasant"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

I have not had very good experiences with this hospital lately, its difficult to know where to start to be frank, I've had to see a number of departments and all had nightmarish problem, from the vertigo clinic who spent 6 months trying to find out why I'm dizzy, promised to sort my polyps out, said i had a tiny one, ends up i had loads of massive ones that completely blocked my breathing, they discharged me untreated, had to wait hours to be seen, the doctor turned up late, i was seen by another dr who didn't even work in that department, after a year of trying to get the treatment i was told i had already had my polyps removed, was told i was lying, hospital did everything they could to not get me to have treatment, been trying for 3 years to get treatment on prolapsed disc, the neurologist lost my scans, spine specialist refused to listen to me when i tried to tell him my history, refused to discuss certain issues that i had already spent years trying to resolve, took me 15 months to get a replacement scan from them, still missing one scan, contacted the PALS service about it as well, they did absolutely nothing about it apart from call me, still waiting on a referral that seems to have vanished, can't get in contact with anyone at the hospital, even going to my local GP and getting them to call in front of me, days spent calling, i sat on the phone for 45 minutes one day and still no answer, its a shocking place to get treated, if feels like your on a very slow conveyor belt, only very very sick seem to get any help or taken any notice of, at my wits end with this hospital...
