Not a dramatic event. Just hearing aid fitting. Nice reception, made the receptionist laugh when they asked if I was there for audiology and I couldn't hear! Answer was obvious. The audiologist fitted my hearing aids, explained everything in detail, invited me to get in touch if I had any problems. Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the courtesy and treatment at this hospital. Also a friend had a knee replacement at the hospital and told me he would not have got better treatment had he gone private. Cannock hospital, be proud!
