I wanted to write and say a huge thank you to all the staff on ward C5 at Russells Hall Hospital, she was here for the last three weeks of her life and we wouldn't have gotten better treatment if she had been in a private hospital. All the staff without exception were kind, efficient and dealt with her wonderfully. I know that cut backs have meant lower staff levels but we really didn't notice. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our nan.

We would like to express our sincere condolences on your sad loss. We pride ourselves on the quality of our care and we are pleased that your nan was cared for with such kindness. The passing of a loved one is never easy and we are glad that your nan was looked after so well. We have forwarded your comments to the lead nurse and matron of ward C5 where they have been gratefully received.
