Had to take my husband to A&E this morning following a "blackout" we were seen within 20 minutes, the doctor was courteous and efficient as we're other staff. Couldn't help but overhear other Doctors with patients, again polite and non patronising. All necessary tests completed, no hassle. Informed about each procedure. Left feeling very impressed with the layout and calm atmosphere. Bliss, no mobiles phones allowed in waiting room. Well done A&E JPUH
