About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I had to contact TRAQS to change my appointment and seek an earlier date. The lady I spoke to (I think her name was Kate) was extremely helpful. She listened carefully and fully understood the situation. She could not solve the problem immediately and promised to phone me back (which she did). I was very grateful that she was able to sort out a timely appointment for me. An extremely effective and conscientious employee – well done and many thanks
