About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

I've been in and out of hospital for the past 6 months. I was being transported by an ambulance vehicle (more like a car than an ambulance) and I fell over when I was getting out.

The driver needed help to get me up, so they had to ring for an ambulance to help.

When the paramedics arrived they were absolutely fantastic. The care they showed me really couldn't have been better.

I’d love to buy drinks for everyone involved if I could.
