"Disgusting"

This hospital needs a review how they operate their system. Been sitting in ward 11 for nearly 4 hours and couple 10 and another 12 hours then decided to leave. The excuse was the doctor had to attend an emergency operation, which is fine but big as this hospital is you must have someone on call. The nurses kept saying 5 minutes turns to be hour.. I'm very disappointed on the service and feel they need to sort this or it will hit them back..
