"faith slightly restored"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

I had a stroke in May 2012 due to incomplete cardiology testing.post stroke I was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation and had a pacemaker fitted. These guys restored my faith although there would have been less fear if A&E listened to patients. My ratings are only based on this visit and purely on cardiology thereere would be no starsfor my stroke experience as they didn't even deal with my complaint correctly

I am sorry to read of your poor experience during your recent visit to the A&E department. Listening to patients is essential and I am sorry this important aspect of communication fell short of the high standard promoted by the Senior team of doctors and nurses in A&E. I will ensure these comments are shared with both Medical and nursing teams across the A&E department.
