"excellent"

About: University Hospital Of North Tees

In August I underwent minor surgery in the Leven Unit. I was made to feel at ease, felt like the staff genuinely cared for me, everything was explained all through the procedure and i felt they did all they could to put me at ease. The staff all seemed to work well together. The aftercare too was excellent with great care and help whilst nothing was too much trouble.was offered lots of tea and toast, was given magazines which had been and got from the waiting room, i saw them giving the same care to all other patients , I washelped to my car when I was able to leave and couldnt recommend them enough.
