"Appointment system"

About: Princess Royal Hospital (Haywards Heath)

Saw my Consultant in April was surpposed to have received appointment in post for July/August - still haven't received an appointment. I understand that a new appointment system is in use that clearly isn't working. Where's I used to make a future appointment after seeing him that worked well for many years -Why change it? Someone trying to justify the amount of money they are earning!
