From my first vist for Preassessment to my surgery I was treated with care,consideration and understanding and not just as a number.During my long wait on the day of my operation I was made comfortable and felt very well looked after.Following surgery I had 1 to 1 nursing during recovery then released back to the Day Unit to enjoy a nice cup of tea and toast.i have nothing but praise for the staff who must be working under pressure having to deal with different types of people all who have their own agenda.
