"Maternity unit appalling!!"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I visited queens maternity unit in February 2014 where I was left for a week after my waters broke 5 weeks early causing problems post birth for my daughter. I feel that I was not respected or listened to despite this being my second child and as I had a high risk pregnancy I thought I would be looked after. I was very unhappy with the hospital after as blood results were lost and several more errors occurred. Although this happened in February I am now being sent review questionnaires asking me about the neo-natal unit. I do not know why I have been sent these as my daughter was not in that unit which leaves me wondering wether she was supposed to be there. I would not recommend queens maternity unit! In fact I would actually suggest they go somewhere safe and welcoming not a place where so many mistakes happen.
