"Fertility clinic rubbish"

Ive got the PCOS and been referred from my GP to this clinic in march this year. My first visit with a nurse was pleasant although I had to wait 3 months for the appointment. Within a month I did all tests and and the beginning of September I had an appointment with a doctor at the fertility clinic. Although the doctor was very nice, he didn't have an idea about about my case. He was asking me about my results which I never seen, he even didn't know that I had the PCOS. Surely he could have spent 2 minutes reading my files. It turned out that nurse didn't refer me for a Hyfosy test so he decided it needs to be done before starting any treatment. It's been a month since thus visit, I still haven't received nor referral letter nor date for next appointment. I've been calling the clinic for 3 days now, spoken to many people and nobody seems to be knowing who is responsible for making appointments for this test. Worth mentioning that direct number to the clinic is operated by an answer machine. In my understanding this behaviour it's a negligence. Instead of helping me get pregnant they cause me more stress. If they carry on with the treatment at this speed I might be needing in vitro soon. It's been 8 months since I've been referred from the GP and no progress has been done for my case. Very disappointed.
